Our systems are set up to anticipate peak demand periods and prompt retailers to order extra supplies if required. We can also respond to heavy demand with urgent deliveries immediately before, or even on public holiday.

Peak Times

On the year's two busiest days – Christmas Day and New Years Eve – we can also make special deliveries of insulation-wrapped pallets. These can be then be used to restock merchandising freezers as they’re emptied through the day.

Reliabilty

Bells Pure Ice aims to back up our commitment to service by investing in technology that helps us provide reliable, efficient deliveries. Specifically, we have rolled out the following program of improvements:

  • Routing software that enables us to better schedule deliveries more efficiently, allowing our truck fleet to complete all deliveries on time.
  • PDAs with 'sign on glass' technology for our drivers, providing more efficient on-site invoicing.
  • GPS tracking systems that let us tell our customers exactly how far away their delivery is at any time.
